Fitted stretch white blouse with hook and eye closure and ruffle accents

This Cato shirt is very unique. It has hook and eye closures all the way down the front and it has small ruffle details on the cuffs and the front of the shirt. It is fitted and has a lot of interesting seams that give it a very tailored look. Also the material has a slight stretch to it. It has a very small what looks like a rust mark on the front. I am sure it will come off just no time to do it.
