anyanona @kathryl0118 hello! I would say you can definitely fit a mid layer /insulation piece. The arms, chest and back have stretch panels for added mobility (the grey panels)

anyanona @liannehaberman hey! So sorry for the delay in response. It’s used but in really good condition, no holes / popped seams or super frayed hems. I would say it’s broken in perfectly
