Brand new with tags. Purchased for myself but didnt end up needing it. Perfect with Swedish wool padding for hiking and ski touring. Produced without PFCs, made for a lifetime of use. Color is called dark navy, but when up next to black it does not look navy. It is what I would describe a soft black. No one I have shown it to thinks it is a blue color.
