Like New- only worn a few times. The factory raw hem has been hemmed to 29” inseam, but there is enough to let it out to a longer length for someone taller. They do have some stretch in the hip and seat area. No rips, tears or wear. I lost weight and didn’t get to wear them much. Fits like a 16. Waist: 19.5” laying flat Hip: 23” flat Inseam: 29” with extra. Color: Bordeaux Red

limemittens810 @killdozerderby The upper thigh is about 11.5-12 inches across laying flat…so 23-24 round. The panel in the back of the thigh does have so stretch in it. They are not really rigid anywhere except the front of the knees. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.
