monicaromo87 @stratton756 Hello! I would say if you have a thin foot, choose your normal size. If you have a fuller, puffier or wide foot, I recommend going up 1 size. I suggest this because when I had customers come to my physical location, some had to go up a size and others stayed at their usual size for the reasons I had previously mentioned.
