Flamiq Porcelain Cat Mini Dress Made in Thailand Blue and White Lace Sz Small

A blue and white porcelain-themed dress with a cat print. This was made by a Thai brand called Flamiq which I have no idea that brand is still around or not. Size small, fits 26 inch waist. Used but good condition, originally bought in 2012.
