Flannel Cape Vest

Fall flannel cape vest from hey mavens! brand. One size but very generous (according to the maker it can fit sizes xxs-3xl). Curved hemline. Draping neckline. Super soft flannel material. Perfect for fall. For reference I am a size 28/30 or 4X size 5 at torrid. While it does fit me, the arm holes are spaced too close together to be comfortable for me to wear.
