Flapdoodles Size 10 Terrycloth Hooded Dress/Cover-up

I'm assuming this is supposed to only be a cover-up since it's terrycloth, but that's a shame if so. Nautical navy and white stripes, with cap sleeves and a hood. The hem has side slits, and there's a kangaroo pocket outlined in bobbin lace. I don't see why this can't be worn as a summer dress, and not just over a bathing suit. It's long enough, and too cute to not get more use out of.
