Vintage 1990’s dress, great for 1920’s Flapper Costume. Halloween adult costume or theme party. Drop waist ruffle hem, bright red lace over orange liner. Tear inside dress liner that could be easily repaired but not noticeable. You could definitely still wear it without repairing it. Includes a matching lace band to tie as flapper style headdress. Fits like a size 4-6. 18 in pit to pit, 37 in long.
