Flapper Dress for Halloween or theme wedding

Size small, black background with wolves beading and sequins, teal sequins and fringe. The fringe is mostly flat along the bottom, but stepped to form a super of cascade appearance. This reminded of a peacock! Bought for my sister for Halloween last year, but she got sick didn't wear it. Hangs beautifully on the body. Stretchy! So can for medium too. 47-48" long, 17 1/2" pit to pit, 15' at waist area. Get it in time for Halloween!!!
