hrannie Hello , I just had to open a case and I wanted to let you know I received these pants yesterday they are beautiful and I am heartbroken that there is a small hole in the waist band . I wanted to wear these for Xmas and even bought a shirt from you to match . Things happen I understand. I don't know if another pair can get here in time ? As I would love that and my size is available still ?? Thank you .

carolim102 @hrannie Please excuse the inconvenience but Poshmark sent us a email informing us that you opened a case and that we need to wait for pictures of the damaged pants. Once Poshmark authorizes gives us the go ahead we will send the new pants.

hrannie @carolim102 well that's fine I wasn't sure what to do I was told that I had to . I contacted you also because I wanted you to know I love your things and still wanted the pants however if this takes to long I will just get refunded because I bought them to wear for Xmas and it doesn't look like this all will happen in time and I will have to go Find something else quick which truthfully is an annoyance because I bought those pants to go with a shirt I bought from you ???
