Flared Geometric Blue Dress

Cute flared dress. Lined skirt with tulle at the bottom, however the tulle doesn’t show under it, or it didn’t when I wore it just helps the dress have more shape. EUC - worn once or twice. No rips, stains or tares. Colors are blue, navy, white and beige. Blue waistband ties at the back. Zip closure. A line skirt 2” wide waistband 1.5” strap Square neck 16.5” wide laying flat 35” long
