Flared Sleeve V-neck Wrap Ditsy Dress

I LOVE this dress and so saddened it does not fit me. Lightweight and comfortable! Brand New, never worn with tags. Perfect condition. Flowy and perfect for summer days or nights. Great travel dress. Fabric is so soft. This would pair well with a neutral pump to dress it up or sandals and flip flops for a more casual look. A jean jacket and cute hat would add the perfect touch to this very versatile dress. Length of front from the top of the bust line (see pic) to hem is 37" and the back length from nape of neck (see pic) to hem is 52" Smoke Free home.
