Facts: A 28” waist size is a small size ( which I do not have in stock ) . The first hole from the buckle measurement peg is 32” and the last hole is 38” and fits a woman’s pants size 7/8 but will not fit a 28” waist size. I checked the measurements just now. Do you want the Medium size in Black/ Camel as shown in the photo.?

@sdaywood 1st Peg to the 1st insert/ hole is 32.5” so that would be the maximum waist size 32” and the last insert /hole measures 28.5” from
The peg to smallest hole 29”. You’ll want a 1/2” off wiggle room.

Keep it mind it takes 3-4 days for the store to ship to me and arrive at my house then I ship it out to you.
