I’ll only communicate through the app. You choose the shipping you want through the app. Not sure how the shipping works exactly other than Poshmark supplies me with the shipping label when it sells. I’ve mostly purchased items on the site. It’s a great bag. Pristine, unused without tags. Rare item as it’s a season 2 wrap gift I received as a member of the crew.

supportpal @soko081 hello… the green logo/lettering that is professionally embroidered on the bag was created by the producers of the show. The producers gifted the bags to the film crew. Not sure why you would want to remove it. But you might be able to take it off. The inner threads can be access through the outer zipper compartment I’ll add some photos for you.
