@cinnamongirl72 Hello: The wedges are new, but there are some scuffs on the white base (hard to see on pics). That is why the price is low. Yes, based on another customer's purchase, the wedges run true to size. There is a pink undertone, but they look ivory. I can get you the exact heel height by tomorrow. Thank you.
