Carol Anderson California Shirt dress circa 1988-1990. Excellent used condition. Half elastic waist, pocket, functional (hidden) buttons, waist button is visible. Complete with the removable shoulder pads. One is a little loose, needs some TLC. No belt.. No other issues noted. Tag size 12. Measurements: bust (pit to pit) laid flat 20; Waist (measured on the mannequin) not stretched 35, stretched 38. Length measured center back from base of collar to hem: Feline friendly home. PL-15
