Flattering INC Black/Green Ribbon-Striped A-line Skirt, Size 4

This INC A-line skirt has a black background and is trimmed with a light green ribbon to make vertical stripes. It's so flattering! And it's in excellent pre-owned condition. There's a zipper closure with a hook and eye at the top. Laid flat, this size 4 skirt measures about 14.5 inches across the waist and about 21.5 inches from top to bottom.
