Flattering slimming cocktail dress

Top is satin. Bottom is heavier material. All of it is double layered and the ruffels are finished well (hemmed). This dress draws the eye everywhere but the middle. It has got loops for a skinny belt. Which I don't have any more but I have always worn it without the belt and you'd never notice.
