Flaw Vintage 90s Y2K Brown Crinkle Open Cardigan Fairy Goth Festival Art to Wear

Vintage 90s/Y2K Lillie Rubin brown crinkle open cardigan size small. It is 100% polyester. It is a lightweight fabric, more of a blouse/topper than a garment for warmth. There was a button at the neckline but it is missing, it is a totally open style with no closure other than where this one button had been. It has embellished sleeves with beading and pailettes.
