you say the tag shows medium and they are a medium? The tag looks like it says small? Can you clarify - are these a true small or medium fit? I know Flax runs big sometimes. Thanks

Thanks for pointing that out. I went ahead and updated the photo. This listing is indeed for a medium and yes, they do tend to run big. I updated the measurements too. I made separate listings in my closet for a small and petite size of the same pants.
