New, never worn, without tags. It was a birthday gift I couldn't fit into. They Very soft and stretchy, these fleeced lined pull on jeggings with belt loops will keep you cosey all winter long. Size on tag is one-size but they will fit a medium best. The material is 65/30/5 cotton/nylon/spandex. Here are some measurements Hips, unstretched 36 stretched 44, Length unstretched is 28, stretched 33. Machine wash cold. Hope that helps.
