@caitlyn_mclane I would say so. The bottoms fit like their High Rise Contour Shorts and the top can fit a lot of sizes. Size chart says it fits best smaller top girls, but I found it to be the opposite. I believe it’s best for larger top girls to hold in right. As a reference, I’m a 34 D and it perfectly held me in with no spills out. It’s quite functional.
