Fleur Bleue blue t-shirt dress with ties at sleeves. Light ruching at neckline on front and back. Size XS but fits loosley, and could also fit a size small. Measures approx 16" across from armpit to armpit when laid flat and is 35" long from top of the shoulder to hem. Excellent used condition.
