Flip Back Cutout Prom Dress - White

This floor length white prom dress features a key-hole front and back. Sequins and rhinestones embroider the front and back. Pads have been custom sewn in so it can be worn without a bra. Worn once. Some makeup staining on the inside edges. It is dry clean only and I have not dry cleaned it so I am offering a steeper discount. Will fit someone 5’4” or 5’5” with low heels. Will fit 5’6” with no heel.
