Gap Cobalt blue and white detail dress. Elastic waist can be bunched up and be worn as a long top w skinny jeans or leggings. Sleeves are quarter length and have elastic at bottom. Very comfy. Vneck. Wore a few times. Tiny run in fabric see last pic. Unnoticeable. Great condition. Hits me right above knee I’m 5’6”
