💢Flirty Dress tank w/ tiny bead details

Lots of lovely little details. Around neckline is a mini mesh ruffle with tiny black beads around the edge. Scallop ruffle on hem. About 19" long. Not sure how old it is. I purchased it at a high end consignment shop 10+ years ago. Works great with a pencil skirt or sexy with jeans and heels. I no longer wear it since it's too short on me. *Last 2 photos show right side hem is missing a few stiches, but the ruffle covers it. Easy fix. Vintagey-so fits a little smaller. Closer to a 2-4.
