This is such a fun twist on the classic black skirt. Has a flare to it that’s reminiscent of the 50s. The black leather bow belt adds another touch of femininity to it. In excellent condition only subtle signs of wear. The fabric is 74%silk and 26% cotton and has the appearance of raw silk.
