Flirty Mini Skirt with Bow/Dot Pattern

Super cute mini skirt. Perfect for spring! Black cotton waist band, lightweight cotton fabric fully lined (lining shown in 3rd photo). Not sure where I purchssed it or what the brand is. Marked size 10. Color is black background with turquoise/teal bows and pink dots. Comes about 2 inches above my knee and I'm 5'4"
