Flirty Multicolored Chiffon Skirt

This fairy skirt is hard to come by! It has so many beautiful layers that drape over each other and a beautiful cross fabric on the waistline. This skirt looks like it was plucked right out of a movie in the early 2000's! Unfortunately, there are NO tags on this skirt. I searched everywhere for one on it :( It seems very well made. Possibly a homemade skirt. The material is not stretchy whatsoever. Measurements are as follows: 15" across waist FLAT, longest layer 38", shortest layer 27". Double lined.
