Flirty little plaid skirt!!!

Pairs well with black tights and black tall boots. Has a velvet strip above the ruffles, plaid pattern is mostly gray and black but has a little cobalt blue in it for a little color pop. I turned many heads with this little skirt but it’s time to pass on the torch! Lol Length 16” Size 12/13
