I literally got compliments on this number every time I wore it. It’s from Forever 21, which I honestly don’t shop at anymore since I feel their style and quality has waned in the past 10-15 years, but this dress is just so cute on. V-neck, button down, with ruffles in the top half, attached belt can be tied in front or back. Mini-length.
