Floaty, fun ‘Fever’ size S blouse!

Tag says small, but I feel comfortable saying it’d fit a size medium gal, too! 23” from front neckline to bottom hem and 24” from back neckline to bottom hem. The ruffled-edge sleeves on this blouse make it perfect for summer wear, and the material is so light it feels “barely there”. It looks great with casual denim as well as SUPER smart with black slacks or capris. (Never near smoke.)
