These are new in bag 52% cotton, 48% polyester red and white striped high waisted shorts. Elastic waistband and 2 side pockets. New in bag. Never worn. I see a material tag, but not a manufacturer tag. The bag indicates these are Floerns brand shorts. Measures about: 11.5” across top of elastic waistband, 13” rise, 2 3/4” inseam. Item: D_bn5075
