raharmon14 @christinader hi ! I’m a 32D and I’m pretty sure it has padding, but if it doesn’t then it definitely doesn’t need any because the material is so thick! The dress it at my parents house right now so I can’t check at the moment but I can let you know soon. I wasn’t wearing anything underneath and I was completely comfortable!

raharmon14 @flemons hi absolutely! My chest is pretty flat!! I wear a size 00/0. I lent it to a friend who wears a size 2 and it also fit her. She is 5’0 but chose another dress because she was attending a July wedding.
