Floor Length Tiered Skirt

This skirt is heavy and gorgeous. The colors are super vibrant. It has five tiers (one more than shown in the picture) and comes with a tie crop top. It’s a super fun statement piece with good fabric that gives the skirt some weight. The waistband is elastic but it’s not overstretched so it won’t fall down as you walk around. I’m 5’2” and as much as I wanted to make this work, it’s too long for me!
