This velvet navy blue dress has never been worn and is brand new with tags, only been tried on. Great to wear to a wedding as a guest or as a bridesmaid. Purchased to wear as a bridesmaid, but chose something different. The fabric is very stretchy and comfortable. This dress features a low back with a small strap detail. Mermaid bottom. There are no closures on this dress.
