Floor length Prom/evening wear

Dress is black, floor length, and sparkles under lights due to the intricate tiny sequin design. Has a halter style tying on top and a shoelace corset style tying in the back no zippers. It is very form fitting but slightly stretchy material. It says it's a medium. Dress has never been worn and has been stored in the closet. Could be worn to a party or Prom.
