Floor length White Dress

Worn once for a sorority initiation ceremony. Has ruffled edges as that’s the style but the bottom could be easily trimmed or hemmed. Top stretches and the straps have a lot of room to tighten or loosen so it should fit many sizes. Love this dress! I just haven’t had any uses for it besides that ceremony.
