Floor length maxi black skirt high waist 28"

Floor length black skirt with pleats, pockets, and zipper closure on back. Was a commission for a theatre performance, so no tags, but the waist is 28" and length 49" (if it helps, I'm 5'9", usually a size 10, and it was designed for me to wear three-inch heels).
