This is a black size large off the shoulder dress I bought from Shein. I bought for a wedding, but would also be perfect for prom. Unfortunately, it did not fit me and too late to return. It is brand new and was only worn to try on.

@kellyhmarrs Hi. Yes I would say it fits true to size. My daughter who is size 9/10 was able to fit it perfectly.
