Floor length white and rose skirt

This listing is for an amazing floor length skirt with a rose pattern on it. The material is very nice, and slightly heavy (it’s not cheaply made). The dimensions are roughly 13.25” across waist. 44” long. There is a sewn in liner. Condition is very good. I looked it over in detail and did not see any pills or pills in the fabric, but it’s a large skirt and I could have missed something small. Listed as size small. The skirt is a 3. I am a standard small and it fits me. See waist measurement above. This listing is for a skirt, but it does include the matching crop top in the last photo. I take no responsibility for the quality of the matching top. The zipper is broken and it needs to be cleaned. Purchaser may choose to receive or not receive the top. It’s a beautiful top, I’m just lazy.
