Floral A-Line Garden Dress

This dress is by a brand called Bailey Blue (bought at Boscovs), it is super flattering a-line dress that can be worn over the shoulder of off the shoulder. This dress is one of my favorite, I bought it for a tea party and only wore it once so it’s in perfect condition.
