Floral Anthro Elodie cropped blouse L

Anthropologie blouse by Elodie. Cropped floral blouse with flared, elbow length sleeves, and front tie. This is a large, but runs small I think. For comparison, I'm 5'3" and 118ish lbs, with a small bust and I love the fit. I wore this quite a few times, but it is in good used condition (no flaws that I can see)
