Floral B&W Embroidered High Waist Skater Skirt

Black and white floral skater skirt with elastic waistband. Great quality, quite thick. One of my favorite skirts that just doesn’t fit anymore. Detailing is embroidered. I think I bought at urban outfitters but can’t remember. It’s a size small and the measurements are 12” waist lying flat, 17” length.
