Lightweight cotton dress from bar III. Perfect for summer. Floral print with stretchy smock back waist and adjustable cross back straps. The straps have two buttonholes and can be worn different ways. In good used condition but minor threads (can be cut) and slight discoloration on straps/black band at neckline.
