Reposhing this item I purchased from @sandiegotalula at Tillie’s Frillies. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Floral + Bird Ruffle Dress, size 4-5 🍄 🐦‍⬛ 🌼 🌿 SO adorable, and well made. 3/4 sleeves with tie at the end. Scoop back with zipper closure. Lovely print with blue and yellow flowers, mushrooms, foliage, and birds. Yellow ruffle layer on bottom. No flaws, excellent condition. My girl didn’t get a chance to wear before she outgrew.
