Floral Blue Dress w/ three quarter sleeves H&M

Flowy dress. The person pictured is smaller than the size of the dress so it looks like it drapes a lot more on the sides than it does on someone the right size but it still is a very Flowy material. Very light single layer. Three quarter sleeves. There is a small button in the back no zipper. It’s kind of an A-line cut.
