Floral Button Down Tie Neck Blouse

Uniquely designed floral button down top with tie neck, new with tags, never worn in perfect condition. For reference, I’m a 36C, so this blouse does run a little on the smaller side. Instead of it being an 8/Large I’d say it’s closer to a 4/6. No pets, non-smoker, and very clean. Feel free to message/comment with any questions!
