kitkats_kloset @blissful337 Hello! Armpit to armpit is 13" across laying flat, but the back is elasticized so it can stretch to 17" laying flat. Skirt length is 19". I hope that helps! 😁

kitkats_kloset @blissful337 Sorry I forgot to tell you the waist is 13" across laying flat but can stretch to 15" across (there has elastic/ruching in the back so there is stretch) 😁
